# SIA - Hiring AI

The AI that plans, runs, and continuously improves your entire hiring process

SIA is Senseloaf's AI hiring intelligence system. Instead of recruiters manually designing pipelines, configuring screening rules, and evaluating large volumes of candidates, SIA understands your role and hiring objectives — and automatically builds a workflow that finds the best candidates for the job.

The goal is straightforward:

* Understand the role
* Design the best hiring process
* Evaluate candidates
* Identify the best hire — efficiently

Rather than relying on rigid hiring templates, SIA adapts the process to the role, the organisation, and the quality of candidates flowing through the pipeline.

### How you interact with SIA

You interact with SIA through natural language — either directly on the Senseloaf platform or through external AI assistants connected via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or ACP (Agent Client Protocol).

Instead of configuring hiring pipelines manually, you simply describe the type of candidate you want to hire.

**Example:**

> *"Create a hiring workflow for a sales development representative role who has a strong background with cold calls and sales outreach."*

From this, SIA begins planning the hiring strategy. It interprets your request and determines:

* What the role requires
* What skills define the ideal candidate
* What signals best identify those skills
* What evaluation stages should be used

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.senseloaf.ai/hiring-agents/sia-hiring-ai.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `build a script that syncs our docs to a CMS` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
