***

## How your job and hiring workflows get activated

### View active hiring workflows

SIA fetches all your Open JobDiva jobs at regular intervals (every 15 mins), auto-configuring the following in the Senseloaf platform:

* Your job
* Resume matching agent
* Workflow activation

After you [login to Senseloaf](https://sia.senseloaf.ai/login), you'll find yourself on the [Manage hiring workflows page](https://sia.senseloaf.ai/workflow). Here you will see all your Active and Drafted workflows.

All the jobs associated with users onboarded in Senseloaf get into Active workflows automatically, whereas jobs for which users are not present in the Senseloaf platform get into Draft Workflows.

### Activate hiring workflows in Draft

For the jobs in **Draft** stage, you can assign a user to the job and start configuring the workflow.

### Configure Interview Agent in your workflow

The **Interview Agent** allows you to review and customize the AI interview experience before it is used to assess candidates. For each job, Senseloaf automatically generates a few **role-specific interview questions**, which can be reviewed and refined as needed.

#### How to Access the Interview Agent

You can manage and configure agents from both **Active** and **Draft** workflows:

* Navigate to **Manage Hiring Workflows**.
* Select the **Active** or **Draft** tab, depending on the workflow status.
* Locate the job and click **Configure**.
* You will be taken to the **Workflow Review (Final Review)** page.
* Under **AI Interview**, click **Configure** to open the Interview Agent settings.

From here, you can review and customize the interview template, conversation flow, governance settings, and delivery options before approving or activating the agent.

#### Interview Template Settings

At the top of the Interview Template screen, you can configure high-level interview controls:

* **Interview Type:** Choose a **Fixed Interview** format where all candidates receive the same set of questions.
* **Attempts:** Define how many attempts a candidate is allowed to complete the interview.
* **Completion Window:** Set the time limit within which candidates must complete the interview (for example, within 7 days).
* **Language:** Select the language in which the interview will be conducted.

#### Conversation Setup

This section allows you to control how the interview starts and ends for candidates.

* **Greeting (Welcome Message):** Customize the welcome message shown to candidates at the beginning of the interview. You can manually edit the text or use the **Rewrite** option to refine the tone.
* **Ending Message:** Define the message shown once the interview is completed, applicable for both qualified and disqualified candidates.

#### Interview Questions

* The Interview Agent **pre-generates five questions** based on the job role and evaluation criteria.
* You can use chat-based instructions to:
  * Modify or rephrase questions
  * Add or remove questions
  * Change the order of questions
  * Adjust the focus or depth of evaluation

#### Interview AI Governance

To ensure interview quality, fairness, and compliance, you can manage the following controls:

* **Guardrails:** Enable or disable guardrails to keep conversations on track and aligned with the interview objectives.
* **Proctoring Settings:** Enable or disable proctoring to help maintain assessment integrity and fairness.

Each option includes a **View** button to review the applied rules before activation.

#### Delivery Setup

This section controls how interview invitations and reminders are sent to candidates.

* **Invitation Email:** Edit the draft interview invitation email sent to candidates. You can preview and rewrite the content to match your employer branding and communication style.
* **Follow-up Reminders:** Choose how often reminder emails are sent to candidates who have not completed the interview (for example, sending 1 reminder).

#### Approve & Activate

Once all configurations are reviewed and finalized, click **Approve** to save the Interview Agent settings.

If the workflow is already active, the updated configuration will apply automatically to new candidates.

With the Interview Agent configured, Senseloaf can seamlessly conduct AI-driven interviews and deliver structured interview evaluations directly into your hiring workflow.

### Activating Hiring Workflow

Once you **Approve** your resume matching strategy and configure the interview in the last step, you will be navigated back to the Workflow Review Page. You do not need to Activate the Workflow again if it was already activated.

If you are activating your hiring workflow for the first time, click **Activate** to make the Agent Active.

To view matched applicants, click any active workflow to open the candidate listing screen, where applications are sorted based on Top Matching Grade.

To view Candidate Details click the “open-link” icon at the end of each row.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.senseloaf.ai/integrations/sia-for-jobdiva.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
