SIA for Google Sheets
Screen candidates from your tracker and write results straight back without keeping things in sync manually
Almost every recruiting team runs a spreadsheet alongside their hiring tools, and most of the day-to-day work is moving information between the two manually. Connecting Google Sheets lets SIA read the tracker you already keep, screen the candidates listed in it, and write results straight back into the same rows. Your spreadsheet stays your spreadsheet, it just stops needing a person to keep it in sync with everything else.
Connecting Google Sheets

In Chat, open Connectors from the sidebar
Find the Google Sheets card and click Connect Google Sheets
A Google sign-in tab opens — sign in with the account that owns or can access your tracker
Review the permissions shown and click Allow. This sign-in covers both Sheets and any Drive files that resume links in your tracker point to
You're redirected back to Chat and the card now reads Connected
What you can do once connected
Once Google Sheets is connected, SIA can treat your spreadsheet as a real part of your hiring pipeline:
Import a candidate tracker and screen everyone in it — SIA works out which columns are name, email, phone, LinkedIn, and resume link, and shows you its interpretation before doing anything so you can correct it if needed
Write results back into your tracker — matched to existing rows using a column like Email, updating rows that already exist and adding new ones for anyone missing
Export a shortlist as a spreadsheet — either a new file or a new tab inside a spreadsheet you already share with a client or hiring manager
Answer questions about the sheet — like pulling up one candidate's row or calculating the average score across everyone marked Shortlisted, without you reading through the whole thing
Tidy up the sheet — bold a header row, sort by score, bulk-replace a stage name, or add a chart, all without you touching the spreadsheet directly
Try it in chat

A few things to note
Every write to a spreadsheet is previewed and confirmed first. Nothing changes in a sheet your team actively works from without your go-ahead.
Disconnecting Google Sheets
Go to Connectors in the sidebar
On the Google Sheets card, click Disconnect
This revokes access to Sheets specifically — your other Google connectors, if any, are unaffected.
