SIA for Notion
Screen candidates from your Notion board and write results back, without rebuilding your setup elsewhere
Some teams run hiring entirely out of Notion — a candidate database as the pipeline, plus wiki pages for levelling rubrics, comp bands, and interview guidance. Connecting Notion lets SIA plug directly into that setup instead of asking you to duplicate it somewhere else. It can screen whoever's already on the board, write results back into the same rows, and answer hiring questions straight from your own internal docs.
Connecting Notion

In Chat, open Connectors from the sidebar
Find the Notion card and click Connect Notion
A Notion sign-in tab opens — sign in with your Notion account
On Notion's authorisation screen, click Select pages, then tick your candidate database and any wiki pages you want SIA to use
Confirm the selection — you're redirected back to Chat and the card now reads Connected
What you can do once connected
Once Notion is connected, SIA can work with the pages you shared:
Import your candidate database and screen everyone in it — SIA reads the rows in your database and runs each candidate through screening
Write scores and stages back into the exact rows they came from — matched row by row, so re-running a screen doesn't create duplicate entries
Answer questions from your hiring wiki — levelling rubrics, comp bands, interview loop structure — instead of giving a generic answer
Add a candidate brief as a new page or drop a comment on a card — so notes live inside Notion alongside everything else
Turn a role brief already in Notion into a hiring workflow — no retyping the job description elsewhere

A few things to note
Nothing is written to Notion without your approval. Every change SIA makes — a grade, a stage move, a comment — is shown to you for review before it lands.
Resumes stored as files in Notion are read directly. If a resume is a Google Drive link instead, Google Drive needs to be connected too — otherwise SIA can't follow the link.
Disconnecting Notion
Go to Connectors in the sidebar
On the Notion card, click Disconnect
This removes SIA's access to every page it was granted. If you reconnect later, you'll need to go through Select pages again from scratch.
